But consider this: this site of mine will be producing money years and years from now even if I don’t even touch it. People will be looking for information on how to make paper airplanes as long as there are kids.

The site is NOT a website that was solely made for adsense. It is a useful website and users of the site come back repeatedly. Some even promote it to others.

So that’s the first thing to keep in mind when trying to choose an evergreen niche. It has to be useful or at least entertaining. People must want to go to your website even if there were no search engines.

Ironically, having that in mind would get you better results in the search engines. The search engines measure how long a user stays on your site. If you have crappy content, your visitors won’t think twice to click on the back button. And it only takes a second to figure out if a site is crappy.
